As if GPT4 API wasn’t enough to change the landscape, OpenAI is now rolling out Code Interpreter to all paid ChatGPT Plus customers over the next week (it will not available via the API). I’ve got it and it’s very cool. I feel like a kid in a candy store with $20 circa 1980s! It’s literally a magic box that allows you to upload data files (there are throughput and size limits) and analyze them including visually via charts and graphs. It will also leverage ML logic if that’s helpful. Based on your prompts it will write and execute Python code against your data set. The data is in a secure OpenAI sandbox. I know lots of firms won’t be comfortable with this but figure out some dataset to play with (try Kaggle data sets that are available for free). You owe it to yourself to try it.
