Brad Boeye is Head of Infrastructure at DiligentIQ where he is responsible for managing compliance and core infrastructure. 

Brad brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on financial and tech services industries. Brad is known for his ability to manage large projects, tight timelines and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. 

Prior to joining DiligentIQ, Brad was Director of Technology at Shorenstein Realty in California where he oversaw the company's technology infrastructure and application development teams focused on the full lifecycle of Real Estate investing. 

Previously, Brad was the Head of Infrastructure at KKR (2004-2015) during a period of significant growth, where he led a global infrastructure and IT support team responsible for networks, AWS cloud migration, information security, and tech support, managing a staff of 25. During this time, he managed the integration of two significant acquisitions to KKR, multiple office expansions, the introduction of virtual desktops worldwide and ensuring compliance with SOX technology requirements for the firm's public offering in 2009. 

Earlier in his career, Brad worked at Piper Jaffray where he provided high-level technical support and managed office relocations. His career began at Dell, where he was responsible for server deployment in production and manufacturing environments and played a key role in a large-scale Windows roll-out for 6000 users. 

Brad has a Bachelors degree, Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

In his spare time you can find Brad on the beaches of Northern California surfing in the cold Pacific Ocean.
