Joan Lacagnina is the Chief Financial Officer of DiligentIQ.  

Prior to joining DiligentIQ, Joan was a Managing Director at KKR where she had spent 25 years leading the Private Markets Finance team. Joan began her career in the tax practice office of Deloitte & Touche.

Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John's University and a Master of Science degree in taxation from Pace University. 

She spends much of her free time serving on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations including the Association to Benefit Children, Camp Fatima of New Jersey and the Peter J. Tobin College of Business of St. John’s University.
