Maya Boeye is Head of AI Research at DiligentIQ where she is responsible for leading the development of our AI research strategy, spearheading innovative projects, and leading the research team in driving impact across the organization.

Maya’s expertise encompasses both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, complemented by a strong passion for writing. She also channels her love for writing into creating blog content for DiligentIQ, where she shares her research findings and industry insights on how to best leverage generative AI.

Maya started her career in archival research at The Foster, a non-profit art museum in Palo Alto, California. Before leading the research team at DiligentIQ, Maya worked at SpaceX on the Operations team. Her professional background includes research, social media management, written communications, HR, and project management within the tech and non-profit sectors.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. 

Maya is a devoted dog mom to a Cardigan Welsh Corgi named Maple. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and traveling.
