Michael Savelloni is a Client Partner at DiligentIQ. He is responsible for establishing new client relationships while supporting the overall user experience of current customers.
Michael was with PwC from 2003-2023 and concluded his tenure as a partner within the Financial Services consulting practice. He held several roles and responsibilities over the years, including establishing and building the Risk and Regulatory Technology practice.
Over his career Michael has led initiatives and projects within approximately 200 financial institutions across the globe - Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Investment Banks and Commercial Banks. These efforts included remediating and improving operational quality, controls, policies, procedures and IT. Many of these efforts addressed regulatory matters.
Michael advised on operational and IT impacts during multiple financial crises (S&L to Global Financial Crisis to Covid). He led the operational aspects for Initial Public Offerings at numerous Alternative Investment Management firms. Michael participated in the development of PwC’s Acceleration Center delivery model and led projects which spanned across centers based in India, Poland, The Philippines, Northern Ireland and South Carolina.
He started his career as a banker before moving into consulting with PwC and other firms. Michael served as a guest lecturer on financial services at Duke University.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from Bentley University.
Michael's hobbies include collecting vintage vinyl records.
